- Shipping within the US could take approximately 3-4 business days depending on where you're located.
We do not ship outside of the USA at the moment.

- NaeKlassyKollection is NOT responsible for ANY lost items. If you track your package and its says delivered, but you have not received it you will have to take that up with united states postal service.

- If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

-PACKAGES MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID. ONCE WE HAVE SHIPPED YOUR PACKAGE IT IS COMPLETLEY OUT OF OUR HANDS AND IS HANDED OVER TO USPS. PLEASE TRY CONTACTING YOUR LOCAL USPS FOR POSSIBLE UPDATES. WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGES BUT PLEASE NOTE PACKAGES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED!
